- ...... um, probably, but that may not help you, unless you have a
- *really old* PC. I think most serial/parallel/floppy/ide circuitry is
- contained in ASICs these days. The references to "16x50" may refer to
- individual chips, but (in PC-land) are usually cells or net-lists. This
- doesn't mean you can't find a 16x50 chip, you may even find a 40 pin dip
- version, which may (or may not) be 8650 pin compatable. Good luck!!
